The GC Controlling Forum aims to provide a platform for controlling professionals from different industry backgrounds, deliver the latest industry results and trends, exchange work experience, establish a tighter network, and foster professional growth.


Under the topic Controlling for Efficiency, the forum will focus on how a company's controlling performance can be improved with efficiency and digitalization in times of economic slowdown and rising costs. It will feature a key note speech, a presentation of the 'Results of 2019 Controlling Survey North China', a panel discussion and four in-depth workshop sessions.


Throughout the entire day, networking between all participants offers knowledge exchange and gives the opportunity to connect with other companies within the controlling business.
