You'll learn about the most important success factors of high-performing teams. The group will discuss and experience how forming a team purpose & mission are the basis of any successful teamwork.

The training will establish why clarifying roles & responsibilities in your team is not just helpful, but essential. Tips and tricks for open communication will be given. Knowing a framework for team values and ground rules will enhance your position as a strong leader. The central importance of team leadership for team cohesion will be the final cornerstone of the training.
