Event details

After successfully kicking off the first CHAnge Management eVENT in Q2 2018 with plenty of learning how to deal with continuous change in organizations, it is now time for the second event. This time the spotlight is on technology-driven changes and their impact on organizations.

Technology is without any doubt a key change driver. It is a key driver behind many new business models, dramatically changing customer behavior and producing entirely new ways of collaboration. But how can organizations keep pace and fully leverage the business value behind new technologies? How can they ensure that performance levels stay high despite transition phases towards new technologies? And which changes within organizations are necessary to cope with external influences?

The goal of this ChaVent is to share insights and experience from different industries on how to adjust and enable your organization to cope with technological influence.

Besides expert sharing by thought leaders, there will be a dedicated time for guided discussions and exchange among participants and speakers in small working groups to ensure individual takeaways and learning.

What is Change Management and what is the benefit?

Without doubt - change is part of our all daily life. Change is supposed to generate business value and enable progress. Frequently neglected are the negative side effects of change such as a decrease in performance and low commitment to the new. Thus, often, change does not lead to the intended business value. Change Management provides tools and techniques to reduce the loss in productivity and to increase the likelihood of generating the targeted business value.
